James Andrew International (JARSW) is a niche property services business specialising in the asset management of commercial and residential properties, including city office blocks, blocks of flats, shipping centres and petrol stations. Director, Geoffrey Warner’s main concern was to build a proactive and forward thinking property asset management business. Over a decade ago he could see the benefits of outsourcing the IT Systems to TIG and this strong relationship continues.
As its workforce grew, so did the data. And with a desire to stay at the forefront of technology and customer service JARSW needed more sophisticated IT solutions. TIG where the right fit as they benefited from a dedicated data room, an offsite disaster recovery plan and collaborative tools, as well as remote working capabilities for most staff.

The extra mile
When JARSW decided to develop an innovative web-based property system they knew we could help. The new web interface, “JARSWOnline”, allows clients to log on anytime, anywhere in the world, and see information that relates to their property portfolio, encrypted and encoded over SSL. And they can also choose to have updates sent as alerts via SMS or email.
Through this interface we’ve enabled JARSW to offer innovative services that offer tangible customer benefits. This project was about business process improvement – a key issue in a services industry. And Geoffrey even believes it may be possible to sell the platform to other property management companies under license in the future.
