TIG appoints Mark Howling as non-executive Chairman to fuel acquisitive and organic growth

TIG the IT digital transformation company today announces the appointment of Mark Howling as non-executive Chairman.

Mark joins the board at an exciting time for the company and brings with him with 30 years of successful experience in the ICT sector. Most recently, he founded Pulsant in 2010 and transacted a secondary buyout backed by Oak Hill Capital in 2014. He was CEO until August 2017 when he became a non-executive director of the business in order to take up a number of Chairman roles.
